Job summary

SM Supermalls is seeking a licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer to supervise the operation, repair, and maintenance of MEPFS systems across its malls in the Philippines. The role emphasizes safety, compliance with engineering standards, and adherence to government regulations.

You will review tenant MEPFS plans, monitor renovations for compliance, and manage preventive maintenance activities, contractors, and projects to ensure reliable mall operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer (PRC).
• At least 3 years of experience in Building/Facilities/Property Management.
• 2 years of experience in Environmental Management (DENR/LLDA-related).
• Knowledgeable in safety standards and regulatory compliance.

• Supervise the operation, repair, and maintenance of MEPFS equipment and systems.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety requirements, and government regulations.
• Review tenant MEPFS plans and monitor renovation/construction activities for compliance.

About the role

About you

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical or Electrical Engineering)

• At least 3 years of experience in Building/Facilities/Property Management

• 2 years of relevant experience in Environmental Management (DENR/LLDA-related)
