Job summary

SM Supermalls is seeking a Resident Engineer to supervise the mall's equipment operations, ensuring reliable utilities for daily operations. This role involves coordinating planning and execution of repairs, maintenance, and replacements of MEPFS equipment and related systems.

You will ensure compliance with government and LGU standards and serve as the Pollution Control Officer for the mall, contributing leadership in facilities management and environmental practices at SM Fairview Towers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with a Professional License.
• At least 3 years in Building/Facilities/Property Management and 2 years in environmental management.
• Preference for PCO designation.

Job Description

The Resident Engineer is responsible in the supervision of the mall’s equipment operations in order to provide the necessary utilities for the operation of the mall. Involves planning and implementation of repairs, maintenance, and replacements of MEPFS equipment and the related systems for the safe and efficient operations of the mall. Ensures compliance of the Mall (establishment) in the standards set forth by the government agencies and local government units. The function will also act as the assigned Pollution Control Officer of the mall.

Educational Requirement

• Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor's/College Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with Professional License in related field.

Experience Requirement

• At least 3 years of experience in Building/Facilities/Property Management and two (2) years relevant experience in environmental management.
• Preferably has previous designation as PCO.
