Responsibilities include processing reservations, upselling packages, explaining pricing and policies, and coordinating with internal departments to deliver exceptional service and a memorable guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, emails, and chats professionally and promptly.
• Process new reservations, modifications, and cancellations accurately using software like PMS (Property Management Systems) or SAP.
• Promote special packages, upsell room types or services, and apply yield management principles to meet targets.
• Explain pricing, availability, and policies regarding guarantees, deposits, and cancellations.
• Maintain organized records, prepare daily arrival or sales reports, and coordinate with other internal departments
