Job summary

Lime Hotels and Resorts is seeking a reservations manager to oversee a hotel property’s entire booking process, driving revenue and supervising daily reservation operations.

The role involves coordinating with sales, front office, and housekeeping while maintaining PMS/CRS systems and channel managers to optimize occupancy and guest satisfaction.

You will lead a team of reservation agents, ensuring high standards of service and efficient handling of individual and group bookings.

Responsibilities

• Operations Oversight: Manage daily booking activities, individual and group reservations, cancellations, and no-shows.
• Revenue & Pricing: Partner with the revenue management team to optimize room inventory, occupancy rates, and pricing strategies.
• Team Leadership: Hire, train, and mentor reservation agents to achieve quality service and performance goals.
• Cross-Department Coordination: Work with sales, front office, and housekeeping to align room blocks, VIP arrivals, and special requests.
• System Management: Maintain and update property management systems (PMS), central reservation systems (CRS), and channel managers.
