Job summary

Michigan Solutions is seeking a Revenue and Reservations Manager to maximize hotel revenue and guest satisfaction by ensuring the right product is sold at the right price through the right distribution channels, and by leading the Reservations/Front Office Team.

You should have thorough knowledge of hotel operations, strong customer and associate relations, and proficiency with standard software and hotel systems. A College Diploma with revenue experience is required.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge in hotel operations.
• Ability to work well in stressful and high pressure situations.
• Strong customer and associate relation skills.
• Ability to use standard software applications and hotel system.
• Three years' experience in same capacity in hotel of the same standard.
• College Diploma, with relevant work experience in Revenue, or related professional area.
• Good communication skill in Tagalog and English verbal, listening and writing.
• Works well under pressure, has initiative, quick learner and organized.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office.
