• Responsible for the effective handling of FIT reservations, website direct bookings and ensures that reservations meet the needs of all hotel guest.
• Manages and ensures effective handling of booking requirements of all corporate accounts and online travel agencies (OTAs)
• Ensures all rates plants are accurate.
• Ensure all rates, promos, online property descriptions are accurate.
• Takes charge in answering all online feedback to increase property ranking.
• Handles development and training of all reservation's officers.
• Works directly with Corporate Sales Managers for revenue management.
