Qualifications

• Experience in reservations or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to upsell and maximize revenue.

Responsibilities

• Maximise rooms revenue through upselling of rooms and hotel facilities.
• Champion accurate rate loading for all contracted segments.
• Load and adjust wholesale/promotional allotments with release dates.
• Monitor group wash and materialization to optimize inventory controls.
• Include OTA market connectivity with content updates across sites.
• Maintain PMS segmentation and source codes for data integrity.
• Provide regular reporting on rate codes and account activity.
• Maintain call conversion measurements and track index.
