Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Reservations Agent in Pasay, Philippines, to handle bookings, changes, and inquiries with a guest-first approach. You will ensure policies are communicated clearly, manage data in the CMS, and promote value-added services to boost revenue.

The role requires 1–3 years in customer service, sales, or hospitality, solid written and verbal communication, and computer proficiency. Hybrid work setup with shifting schedules offers growth and coverage of front-desk operations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant customer service, sales, or hospitality experience.
• Open to undergrads with experience or fresh graduates with good communication skills.
• Knowledgeable in computer applications; proficiency with MS Office and call-centre software.
• GDS experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle reservation-related calls including new bookings, modifications, cancellations, and inquiries.
• Inform guests of operational policies: credit card requirements, cancellation terms, check-in/out times, parking.
• Promote revenue by selling from the highest room category and value-added services.
• Track and apply promotions and campaigns in the CMS per advisories.
• Enter and maintain confirmed reservation details in the CMS accurately.

Your Role

• Handle all reservation‑related calls including new bookings, modifications, cancellations, and general enquiries in accordance with client quality guidelines.
• Ensure guests are informed of all relevant operational policies, such as credit card requirements, cancellation terms, check‑in/check‑out times, and car parking availability.
• Optimize revenue by selling from the highest room category down and promoting value‑added services such as parking and breakfast.
• Accurately track and apply sales promotions and advertising campaigns within the CMS as outlined in promotional advisories.
• Enter and maintain confirmed reservation details in the CMS, ensuring the completeness and accuracy of all guest data fields.

What You Need

• 1 to 3 years of relevant customer service, sales, or hospitality experience, preferably in the BPO industry.
• Open to undergrads with experience and fresh graduates with good written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledgeable in computer applications.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel) and call‑centre software/systems (8x8, Dynamics, AVAYA).
• GDS experience is a plus but not required.
