Qualifications

• Excellent English communication, written and spoken.
• Ability to adapt communication across countries and cultures.
• Numeracy with spreadsheet proficiency and time-zone calculations.
• Experience with proprietary web applications and MS Office Suite.
• Customer-focused mindset.
• Completed at least 2 years in college.
• Able to work shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to existing clients, identify concerns, offer solutions.
• Track, monitor, and document all incoming client calls.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and suggest product improvements.
• Maintain knowledge of the current product platform for compatibility.
