Qualifications

• Experience in hotel reservations or call center preferred.
• Excellent communication and data entry skills.
• Ability to upsell and manage bookings accurately.

Responsibilities

• Upsell rooms and hotel facilities to maximize revenue.
• Load rates accurately for contracted segments.
• Manage refunds, no-shows, and deposits per policy.
• Maintain events calendar to support yield and pricing.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Revenue teams for OTA content.
