Job summary

PERSOL Philippines is seeking a detail‑oriented survey data associate to support respondents from online or manual data collection, ensuring accurate entry and data integrity.

You will conduct field visits when needed, update outcomes daily in Excel, and adhere to timelines and quality standards. Office-based role at Novena with weekends as required and 5-day work weeks.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of customer service or customer‑facing experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a polite, professional approach.
• Self‑motivated and able to manage time and tasks independently.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word) and basic data entry tools.
• Willingness to work on weekends based on project requirements.
