PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented individual to support survey operations and data validation. The role involves engaging respondents, verifying information, and ensuring data quality. Duty hours are 8:30am–6:00pm, Monday to Friday, at the Novena location.

The contract runs from immediate to June 2027, with duties including data entry, validation, respondent outreach, and documentation. Prior customer service and administrative experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma with good numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service or administrative experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and quick to learn new systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsabilités

• Perform data entry and maintain accurate case records and status updates.
• Conduct data validation on completed survey cases.
• Contact respondents to verify and clarify survey information.
• Review completed surveys for data accuracy and completeness.
• Provide professional support to respondents on survey-related matters.
• Support administrative and coordination activities for survey operations.
• Respond to enquiries in a professional, service-oriented manner.
• Meet productivity and quality KPIs.
