Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a field survey assistant to support the completion of nationwide surveys. The role involves helping respondents finish surveys online or by hand, and ensuring data is accurately entered into the system.

You will conduct field visits to dormitories, collaborate with teammates to achieve targets, and address respondent questions in a professional manner while maintaining daily productivity reports.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any field required.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Able to travel islandwide for fieldwork.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist respondents to complete selected surveys online or via manual collection.
• Ensure submissions via manual collection of the completed survey data are keyed into the system.
• Conduct field visits to dormitories.
• Work closely with team-mates on assigned respondents to attain surveys completion.
• Handle objections from selected respondents in terms of survey participation professionally and politely.
• Update daily report accurately to account for productivity and surveys attainment.
• Input case notes into system for each respondent
• Comply to SOPs and provide valid reasons for deviations.
• Attain KPI established.

Location: Islandwide

Working days: 5 days across Monday - Sunday

Working hours: 12pm - 9.30pm (As per business needs)

Contract duration: Till June 2027 (Extendable)

• Assist respondents to complete selected surveys online or via manual collection.
• Ensure submissions via manual collection of the completed survey data are keyed into the system.
• Conduct field visits to dormitories.
• Work closely with team-mates on assigned respondents to attain surveys completion.
• Handle objections from selected respondents in terms of survey participation professionally and politely.
• Update daily report accurately to account for productivity and surveys attainment.
• Input case notes into system for each respondent
• Comply to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and provide valid reasons for any deviations.
• Attain key performance indicators (KPI) established.

Requirements:

• Singaporean
• At least Diploma in any field
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience
• Able to travel islandwide for fieldwork
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and operational systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in survey administration, field interviewing, or data collection
• Experience working with or engaging migrant worker communities
