Job summary

Swak BPO Corp. in Clark Freeport Zone, Angeles City, Pampanga, is seeking a Reports Analyst to join our growing team. You will gather data from multiple systems, prepare ad-hoc reports, and provide insights to support operational decisions.

The role requires strong analytics, Excel expertise, and familiarity with Power BI. It offers an on-site work environment with opportunities for promotions and salary increases.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a Reports Analyst or similar role.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically in Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel, including Pivot Tables, lookup functions, and data validation.
• Experience with reporting, data analysis, and data quality management.
• Basic to intermediate Power BI experience.
