Job summary

Swak BPO Corp. is a fast-growing BPO center located in Clark Freeport Zone. We are hiring a Reports Analyst to join our team and help gather, analyze, and report on performance data from multiple systems.

You will prepare ad-hoc reports for operations, management, and clients, and provide insights to drive operational decisions and process improvements. The role requires strong Excel skills, Power BI basics, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a Reports Analyst or similar role.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel, including Pivot Tables, lookup functions, and data validation.
• Experience with reporting, data analysis, and data quality management.
• Basic to intermediate Power BI experience.

Responsibilities

• Gather and consolidate performance data from multiple systems.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports requested by operations, management or clients.
• Provide insights that support operational decision-making and process improvement.
• Analyze large data sets to identify patterns, opportunities, and areas of concern.
• Optimize existing reporting tools and processes for efficiency and accuracy.
• Regularly audit data to verify accuracy and consistency.
