Job summary

Swak BPO Corp. in Clark Freeport Zone, Angeles City, Pampanga, is seeking a Reports Analyst to consolidate performance data, prepare ad-hoc reports, and provide insights to support operational decision-making.

The role requires 1+ years in a similar position, strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, lookups, data validation), good communication, and familiarity with Power BI. It is an on-site role with company perks and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a Reports Analyst or similar role.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, especially in advanced functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel, including Pivot Tables, lookup functions, and data validation.
• Experience with reporting, data analysis, and data quality management.
• Basic to intermediate Power BI experience.
