Job summary

Unilever in Manila (PH) seeks a Replenishment Project Assistant Manager to lead end-to-end enhancements across customer operations and replenishment processes. You will drive digital tools, forecasting, and collaborative planning with minimal travel.

Partner with distributors and business units to unlock sales potential and improve service performance, aligning with CSP, CD, and Customer Operations teams to embed KPIs and accelerate excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, CD (DT) or Business Management.
• 3–5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Business Partnering, and Customer Service.
• Strong service orientation and excellent communication skills.
• Customer-focused and results-oriented.
• Critical thinker and highly analytical.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Power BI and Power Query is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end enhancements across customer operations and replenishment processes.
• Drive collaboration with distributors and business units to create scalable solutions.
• Align with Customer Operations, CSP and CD teams to embed KPIs and accelerate initiatives.
• Analyze inventory health, service level, and on-shelf availability to identify gaps and drive improvements.
