You will drive digital tools, forecast accuracy, and collaborative planning across distributors and business units, embedding data-driven strategies for scalable improvements and future-ready operations.

Minimal travel; strong MS Excel/PowerPoint skills; SAP knowledge is an advantage for robust execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of supply chain, business partnering, or customer service.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• Familiar with Power BI/Power Query is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end enhancements in distributor order and inventory management.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with distributors and business units.
• Align with Customer Operations, CSP and CD teams to embed KPIs.
• Analyze customer experience metrics and drive improvements.
