The role analyzes inventory, demand, sales movement, and replenishment needs to minimize stock-outs and inefficiencies, coordinating with warehouses and cross-functional teams to improve service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, SCM, Logistics, or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, inventory planning, replenishment, or distribution is an advantage but not required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of data analytics tools is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels, product movement, and replenishment requirements across assigned locations.
• Prepare and execute replenishment plans based on demand, inventory position, and operational requirements.
• Analyze sales and inventory data to identify potential stock-outs, excess inventory, and other supply risks.
• Coordinate with warehouses, distribution centers, and relevant stakeholders to ensure timely product replenishment.
• Generate regular reports and provide insights on inventory, replenishment, and logistics performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve inventory availability, resource utilization, and logistics efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve service levels.
