CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking a Billing and Collections Specialist in Trece Martires, Cavite. You will handle rent and utilities billing, collections, and related accounting tasks for CBRE clients and properties.

Role involves reviewing payment requests, maintaining AR, reconciling invoices, and generating management reports. Requires basic finance degree and 6 months' experience; Sundays to Saturdays schedule may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 6 months of billing and collections or property management accounting experience.
• Fresh graduates with relevant training are encouraged to apply.
• Strong understanding of property management and real estate development.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software (QNE/QuickBooks/SAP) is a plus.
• Knowledge in documentation pertaining to financial close out.
• Strong background in OPEX/CAPEX financial reporting.
• Amenable to work in Capas, Tarlac and Mondays to Saturdays.

Responsabilités

• Review funding and payment requests for accuracy and authorization per procedures.
• Maintain accounts receivable and aging for rental and utilities.
• Prepare Tenant’s Ledger and update billing/collection records.
• Monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely payments.
• Verify invoices, purchase orders, and financial records.
• Contact customers by phone, email, or mail to discuss outstanding payments.
• Collaborate with accounting to resolve payment discrepancies or billing errors.
• Generate reports on outstanding invoices, collections, and cash flow status.
• Process delinquent accounts for collection and issue notices.
