Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 6 months of billing and collections or property accounting experience.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Strong understanding of property management and real estate with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Willing to work in Capas, Tarlac and Mondays to Saturdays.

Aufgaben

• Review and audit funding and payment requests for accuracy and authorization.
• Maintain accounts receivable and aging reports, ensure timely collections.
• Prepare Tenant’s Ledger with proper aging of accounts receivable.
• Contact customers by phone, email, or mail to discuss outstanding payments.
• Collaborate with accounting to reconcile discrepancies and billing errors.
• Generate regular reports on outstanding invoices and cash flow status.
• Process delinquent accounts and notices; manage adjustments and online payments.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting for property portfolio and client transitions.
