About the Role

Do you love closing renewals? As a Client Success Associate, you'll be part of the team dedicated to one of our global SaaS clients. You'll own a high‑volume portfolio of renewals valued at $3K and below, taking each one from first outreach to booking. You'll keep customers happy, keep contracts accurate, and keep revenue on track.

What You'll Do

• Own your assigned renewal portfolio from outreach to close
• Reach out to customers proactively to confirm renewal intent
• Prepare and send quotes, track responses, and process signed agreements
• Keep Salesforce and Planhat accurate with renewal notes, close dates, and statuses
• Answer basic product, contract, and billing questions, and route complex issues to the right team
• Flag at‑risk renewals to your Team Lead and support SAVE plays
• Book renewals on time and within SLA
• Work with Customer Success, Sales, and Finance on escalations and billing changes
• Share feedback on recurring customer issues and process gaps

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years in contract renewals, customer success, sales support, or a similar role. Renewals experience is strongly preferred.
• Comfortable managing a high volume of renewals and meeting SLAs
• Proficient in Salesforce and automation tools such as Planhat
• Highly organized and detail‑oriented, with solid problem‑solving skills
• A team player who works well with Sales Operations and Finance
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of data privacy and compliance (e.g., GDPR)
• Experience in global operations or working across time zones

How You'll Be Measured

Personal renewal rate, SLA adherence, Salesforce portfolio accuracy, and renewals processed per month.

Working Conditions

Onsite at our BGC Hub, 4:00 AM to 1:00 PM PHT, with occasional extended hours depending on business needs.
