Job summary

Upgrade Energy Philippines, Inc. (UGEP) is seeking a Bids & Compliance Officer to join our growing team. The role drives end-to-end bid proposals and regulatory filings for distributed generation and energy storage projects in the Philippines.

You will coordinate technical and regulatory submissions to DOE, ERC, NEA, and other agencies, maintain project records, and support post-award grid compliance. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in bid management or compliance in the Philippine

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years bid management or regulatory compliance experience.
• Experience in Philippine power/renewable energy sector preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare end-to-end technical offers and proposals for bids.
• Coordinate regulatory compliance filings with DOE, ERC, NEA, and others.
• Track permits and post-award documentation and grid studies.
• Maintain records and support project coordination and admin tasks.
