Job summary

Bureau Veritas Philippines is seeking a highly motivated Proposal Engineer to support business growth within the Renewable Energy sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing competitive technical and commercial proposals, managing bid submissions, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with client requirements.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in bidding and tender documentation, proposal preparation, cost estimation, and renewable energy

Qualifications

• Proven experience in proposal engineering and bid management.
• Experience with solar PV, wind energy, and energy storage projects is preferred.
• Strong cost estimation and pricing capabilities.
• Familiarity with EPC contracts and tender requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and submission of technical and commercial proposals.
• Review RFP/RFQ/ITB and tender documents.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, and finance teams.
• Ensure proposals meet client requirements and deadlines.
• Maintain bid trackers and proposal databases.
• Participate in pre-bid meetings and bid reviews.
