Alternergy Holdings Corporation is seeking a Project Development Officer to drive end-to-end renewable energy project development in the Philippines, from site origination through investment decision and financial close. The role coordinates across Legal, Engineering, Finance, and Permitting to secure land, permits, and offtake arrangements while managing relationships with landowners, LGUs, and investors.

Competenze

• Educational background with an engineering, business, economics, or finance degree.
• Professional license not required but a plus for technical roles.
• 3–5 years of experience in project development, business development, or investment in energy, infrastructure, or real estate sectors.

Mansioni

• Identify, evaluate, and qualify new renewable energy project opportunities (solar, BESS, and hybrids).
• Lead development plans covering land acquisition, permitting, grid interconnection, offtake, financing, and engineering milestones.
• Coordinate with Legal, Permitting, and Finance to align schedules and documentation.
• Oversee land acquisition, ROW management, and stakeholder engagement with landowners and LGUs.
• Prepare investment memoranda, data room materials, and lender coordination for financial close.
