Job summary

Intro Recruitment Asia is seeking a Project Development Officer for a well-established renewable energy firm in Makati. The role involves identifying and qualifying solar, BESS, and hybrid opportunities and leading development from concept through NTP.

You will coordinate permitting, interconnection processes, and land acquisitions while building a robust project pipeline with risk tracking and milestones to support strategic participation in DOE programs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in project development, business development, or investment in energy/infrastructure sectors.
• Experience with renewable energy projects (solar, wind, BESS, hydro) from development to NTP or financial close.
• Familiarity with Philippine regulatory agencies (DOE, NGCP) and LGUs in project development.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and qualify new renewable energy project opportunities aligned with company strategy and DOE directions.
• Lead project development from concept through Notice to Proceed (NTP) with structured milestones.
• Coordinate permitting and regulatory timelines with the Compliance team to align project schedules.
• Oversee land acquisition activities including site identification, title verification, due diligence, and lease negotiations.
