Envision Energy is seeking a Land Acquisition Specialist in the Philippines to identify land parcels for solar, wind, and storage facilities. You will manage ownership verification, due diligence, and documentation, while coordinating with landowners, LGUs, and legal teams to secure rights-of-way and leases.

The role emphasizes negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and timely project support across development, permitting, and finance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Property Management, Legal Management, Political Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in land acquisition, real estate, property management, project development, or renewable energy development.
• Experience in landowner negotiation, property due diligence, land documentation, or right-of-way acquisition.
• Experience coordinating with government agencies, LGUs, landowners, and external consultants.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential land parcels suitable for renewable energy projects.
• Conduct preliminary land assessments to determine land availability, ownership, and use.
• Support development of land acquisition strategies with Project Development and Engineering teams.
• Develop and maintain a database of landowners, properties, and acquisition status.
• Coordinate with landowners, brokers, consultants, and stakeholders on acquisition opportunities.
• Negotiate land lease agreements, options to lease, easements, and rights-of-way.
