Job summary

SN Aboitiz Power Group in the Philippines seeks a seasoned professional to lead development of renewable energy and energy storage projects from screening to pre-construction. You will manage the business case, lifecycle, budgets and schedules while aligning with shareholders’ expectations.

Role requires coordinating with EPCs, consultants and regulators, and guiding diverse teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. Bachelor’s in engineering is required; a Master’s is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years related working experience in project development of renewable energy and energy storage, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Experience working with EPC contractors, consultants, regulatory agencies, government and public sector, LGUs, local communities and shareholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide project teams through integration of processes, knowledge and people at project level from screening to pre-construction.
• Align project objectives with sponsors/shareholders and ensure stakeholder buy-in.
• Manage greenfield projects from pre-development to development following industry standards.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, milestones and deliverables including external consultants and vendors.
• Interface with Finance, Supply, Legal and Regulatory to balance stakeholder goals and enable consensus.
