Job summary

Vena Energy Philippines is seeking a Construction Compliance Associate to oversee regulatory filings during construction, commissioning, and operation readiness of renewable energy projects. You will coordinate with DOE, ERC, IEMOP, and market operators to ensure timely submissions and compliance across Grid Code and WESM.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, 5+ years in energy projects, and strong documentation and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in renewable energy, power generation, transmission, or utilities.
• Willing to work in a project-based role.
• Experience with DOE, ERC, and IEMOP regulatory processes is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of WESM registration, Philippine Grid Code, and energy regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation, submission, and monitoring of regulatory requirements for renewable energy projects.
• Coordinate with DOE for compliance reports, milestones, and commissioning updates.
• Prepare ERC applications, permits, and regulatory filings.
• Register projects with IEMOP and prepare WESM documents.
• Maintain compliant documentation and provide status reports to management.
• Develop compliance dashboards and ensure audit readiness.
