Job summary

Filta is seeking a talented Bookkeeper to join our client’s team in a fully remote role from Greater Metro Manila. You will own end-to-end cloud bookkeeping, delivering world-class service to diverse clients and reporting directly to the Director.

Ideal candidates possess hands-on Xero experience, the ability to juggle multiple accounts daily, and strong English communication. Experience with IAS/BAS compliance is a plus; PH citizens only, English applications.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Xero accounting software for cloud bookkeeping.
• Ability to handle multiple client accounts daily.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Able to provide professional references.
• Experience with Australian accounting standards and BAS documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage cloud-based bookkeeping workflows across a diverse client base.
• Maintain the general ledger, perform bank reconciliations, and manage AP/AR.
• Administer payroll processing and assist IAS and BAS documentation.
• Communicate tax, accounting, and software needs ahead of deadlines.
• Respond to client and team inquiries and escalate complex issues to ensure accurate outcomes.
