Hunt St Pty Ltd is seeking a Philippines-based E-Commerce Systems & Operations Manager (Part time) to oversee Shopify storefronts, including a B2B/wholesale channel, and ensure accurate inventory data across Unleashed and connected platforms. The role aligns with AU business hours and is offered as an independent contractor engagement.

The ideal candidate will manage product setups, campaigns, discounts, and inventory flows while enhancing integrations with Xero, Starshipit, and payment

Qualifications

• Experience with Shopify including B2B/wholesale functionality and campaigns.
• Knowledge of Unleashed or similar inventory systems and storefront connections.
• Familiarity with Xero or similar bookkeeping tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shopify end-to-end including B2B/wholesale ordering alongside consumer store revamp.
• Ensure product and inventory setup in Unleashed flows to Shopify and warehouse.
• Maintain integrations with Xero, Starshipit, and payment gateways ensuring data flows smoothly.
• Advise on applying AI and modern e-commerce tooling for future improvements.
