Job summary

Somewhere is seeking an organized and detail-focused Ecommerce Marketing Coordinator to act as the operational hub for our multi-brand business. You will manage marketing calendars, design sprints, and ensure world-class execution across creative campaigns and product launches.

As the central point of contact for cross-functional partners, you’ll track project health, enforce content approvals, and remove blockers before deadlines. Remote role, full-time with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in eCommerce digital marketing.
• Proven experience building complex eDM campaigns and automated flows.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify Plus landing pages.
• Familiar with Agorapulse to manage multi-brand social calendars.
• Proficient with Asana for project management.

Responsibilities

• eDM Build: assemble blogs in Shopify and emails in Klaviyo, segment audiences by content pillars.
• Social Media Distribution: format and schedule posts across brands using Agorapulse.
• Coordinate monthly marketing communications to stakeholders.
• Manage master marketing calendars 1.5–2 months in advance.
• Lead Go-to-Market timelines for new product launches and ensure milestones are met.
