Job summary

Penbrothers is seeking an Account Manager to act as the primary contact for B2B retailers, developing account strategies, analyzing campaign performance, and driving growth. You will collaborate with Product, Finance, Operations, and Data teams to optimize pricing, assortment, and promotions.

Role requires strong analytical skills, 5+ years in e-commerce or fashion wholesale, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, E-commerce, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• +5 years of experience in e-commerce, account management, or fashion retail industry.
• Proven track record of driving sales and growth in wholesale channel with multiple clients.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics and Power BI.
• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive account strategies and business plans for assigned wholesale clients to support global channel growth.
• Conceptualize and lead tailored marketing campaigns in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
• Align wholesale assortment planning with client procurement strategies to maximize sales performance and stock turnover.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of seasonal performance and sell-through data to identify opportunities and plan future assortments.
• Coordinate with Product, Finance, Operations, and Data teams to execute high-impact projects.
• Manage top-tier wholesale clients with a focus on achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets.
