Job summary

The Agents Agency (TAAA) in Manila is seeking a Wholesale Account & Operations Manager to support our wholesale business across APAC. You will work directly with agents and retailers, brand partners, and our warehouse in China to ensure reliable, responsive service from seasonal orders to weekly stock updates.

This role coordinates orders, stock, pricing and deliveries, collaborates with finance on payments, and acts as day‑to‑day contact for partners across APAC.

Qualifications

• Experience in wholesale, sales operations, account servicing or order management.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and confident English communication.
• The ability to coordinate several customers, orders and deadlines at once.
• Ideally, experience in fashion, jewellery, accessories or a related consumer business.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly available-to-sell stock lists and sales order confirmations
• Work with brand partners on stock availability, inbound deliveries and order shipments

• Prepare local market pricing for approval and maintain accurate price lists
• Spot issues early and follow them through to resolution

Are you the person who keeps customers informed, orders on track and every detail accounted for?

The Agents Agency is looking for a Manila-based Wholesale Account & Operations Manager to support our wholesale business across APAC.

You'll work directly with agents and retailers, our brand partners, our warehouse in China and our finance team. From seasonal orders to weekly stock updates and customer deliveries, you'll help make sure our wholesale partners receive reliable, responsive service.
