Job summary

Berry Virtual Medvirtual Ai Virtual is seeking a Sales & Account Manager to acquire new clients and manage existing accounts in the wellness/healthcare space. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, setting appointments, following up with leads, and driving salon revenue while working remotely with a distributed team.

Ideal candidates will have exceptional English, a polished phone presence, proven sales and lead-conversion experience, and strong CRM skills including Zenoti.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience with measurable KPIs.
• Experience setting appointments and converting leads.
• Skilled in handling inbound and outbound calls.
• Strong closing abilities and proactive approach.
• Excellent spoken and written English with neutral accent.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• CRM experience including Zenoti.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and convert inquiries into appointments.
• Make outbound calls to leads, past clients and prospective clients.
• Follow up aggressively and professionally with leads who have not booked.
• Respond to SMS, email and online inquiries.
• Rebook existing clients.
• Reactivate inactive/lost clients.
• Follow up on marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Sell salon services and promotions.
• Manage leads through the sales pipeline; maintain accurate follow-up notes and client information.
• Help remotely manage front-desk communications.
• Increase booked appointments and salon revenue.
