Job summary

MedVirtual is seeking a Sales & Account Manager to acquire new clients and manage existing accounts in the wellness/healthcare space. You will onboard clients, maintain high-touch communication, and drive long-term relationships through regular check-ins, reviews, and proactive support.

You will identify upsell opportunities, conduct consultative calls and demos, and manage a full-cycle sales pipeline while tracking progress in CRM systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience closing sales in Wellness or Healthcare with full-cycle selling.
• Proficient with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot for onboarding and reporting.
• Strong consultative selling skills and ability to tailor solutions to client needs.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Highly organized, self-motivated and results-driven; comfortable with KPIs.
• Willingness to work in US time zones (PST, EST, CST).
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients or patients and ensure a smooth transition into services.
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts with high-touch communication.
• Build long-term client relationships via regular check-ins and reviews.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
• Conduct consultative sales calls, virtual demos, and service consultations.
• Manage full-cycle sales pipeline from prospecting to close and handoff.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of activities and client information.
• Collaborate with marketing to improve lead quality and messaging.
