Realynk Assistants (Formerly Trans Support) is seeking a motivated Cold Calling Virtual Assistant to join our remote team. You will make outbound calls, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team, while maintaining CRM records and meeting daily targets.

Ideal candidates have strong English communication, proven sales skills, and experience with CRM/dialer tools. This full-time remote role offers independence and a fast-paced environment suited for proactive professionals.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound sales or lead generation is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Proven persuasion and objection-handling skills.
• Comfortable making 100–300+ outbound calls per day.
• Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM or GoHighLevel.
• Familiarity with dialers such as Aircall, RingCentral, Five9 or ReadyMode is advantageous.
• Self-motivated, organized and results-oriented.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection, quiet workspace and quality headset.

Responsabilités

• Make a high volume of outbound cold calls to prospective clients.
• Introduce products or services and communicate their value.
• Qualify leads based on criteria and schedule appointments.
• Transfer qualified leads to the sales team.
• Handle objections professionally and maintain positive customer experience.
• Follow approved call scripts while adapting to conversations.
• Record call notes and update CRM with accurate data.
• Conduct follow-up calls when necessary.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly call/lead generation goals.
• Collaborate with sales team to improve outreach strategies.
