Job summary

InsideOut is seeking a Customer Service representative in the Philippines to handle inbound calls for U.S.-based home services clients. You will represent the client professionally, greet customers warmly, and log details accurately.

Training will be provided on questions and booking appointments using the CRM. A reliable internet connection, a multi-core computer, and a backup power source are required.

Qualifications

• Previous BPO or call center experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask: handle calls, take detailed notes, and send follow-up messages or emails.
• Confident in communicating directly with U.S.-based clients to confirm directions or receive feedback.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Motivated, hard-working, and eager to add value.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to client processes.
• Experience working from home is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities
