Job summary

Winning Assistants Llc is seeking an Intake Coordinator to manage weekend intake coverage, handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls. You will guide families through intake forms, document patient data in Lumary, and ensure accuracy and HIPAA compliance.

Requirements include 1+ year in ABA or healthcare intake, strong communication, and experience with Lumary or Salesforce; weekend availability is required. This is a full-time position in the Philippines with flexible evening hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in ABA, healthcare, behavioral health, or patient intake.
• Ability to handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls.
• Familiarity with Lumary and Salesforce preferred.
• Strong communication with families, patients, or caregivers.
• Ability to follow structured intake forms and decision trees.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekend intake coverage of high-volume calls.
• Guide families through step-by-step intake forms.
• Document patient/family information in Lumary with accuracy.
• Explain intake requirements and next steps clearly and compassionately.
• Follow up to obtain missing documentation (referrals, diagnoses, insurance).
• Develop professional relationships with families and be the intake contact.
