You will identify promising projects, lead conversations, and coordinate across advisory, marketing, and launch squads. Using Notion, Jira, and Telegram, you’ll track progress, optimize processes, and advise partners on tokenomics, launchpad mechanics, and

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles in Web3 or tech startups.
• Deep understanding of Launchpad operations (IDO and Bonding curves models), Tokenomics and project fundraising dynamics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Highly organized, self-driven, and detail-oriented.
• Proficient with Notion, Jira, and Telegram.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify high-potential Web3 projects and engage founders.
• Sales & Conversion: Pitch Seedify and guide partners toward onboarding.
• Onboarding Management: Track workflows and coordinate handoffs to advisory, marketing, and launch teams.
• Web3 & Launchpad Expertise: Advise on tokenomics, launchpad mechanics, and fundraising strategies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure onboarding success.
