Job summary

Founderslaunchpad is hiring an Onboarding Specialist to recruit, onboard, and orient new riders, ensuring they are briefed, documented, and ready for deployment.

The role requires strong communication, presentation, and administrative skills, with on-site work at our Makati office and a Monday–Friday, 9:00AM–6:00PM schedule.

You will collaborate with Recruitment and Operations to streamline onboarding processes and support stable, full-time growth in HR and operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or onboarding
• Comfortable presenting to groups and speaking to multiple applicants at once
• Organized and detail-oriented in documentation
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for rider positions
• Conduct orientations and onboarding sessions for new hires
• Present company policies, expectations, and operational processes
• Validate required documents and ensure compliance with onboarding requirements
• Coordinate deployment schedules and endorse new riders to the operations team
• Maintain accurate records and onboarding reports
• Support recruitment initiatives as needed
