Job summary

Ryvals, Inc. seeks a Talent & Growth Ops Lead for a 90-day remote project. You will build a first cohort of 10 hourly reps, run a 2-week paid trial, and select the top 6 for ongoing work, with USDC payroll and live performance tracking by our bots.

You will establish onboarding, contracts, wallets, day-1 training, weekly reviews, and a playbook to enable scaling. Strong written English and familiarity with AI tools are required; gaming/streaming or crypto familiarity is a plus.

• Set up KPIs, time tracking, payroll for remote staff
• Fair and quick termination processes
• Strong written English; comfortable with AI tools

Responsibilities

• Hire first 10 reps, run 2-week paid trial, select top 6
• Promote one rep to part-time Pod Lead and manage daily metrics
• Run onboarding: contracts, wallets, tracking, training
• Run weekly reviews: leaderboard, coaching, and fast, fair cuts
• Run weekly USDC payroll with zero errors
• Write the playbook to enable future hires
