Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Partner Onboarding Admin Specialist to serve as the operational backbone of the Global Partner Program, coordinating end-to-end onboarding for new partners and ensuring a seamless entry into the Zoom ecosystem.

You will be the connective tissue between new partners, Channel Account Managers, and cross-functional teams, driving timely milestones and proactive communication across regions and platforms.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in partner programs or channel operations
• Strong organizational skills with multi-track onboarding
• Excellent written and verbal communication with partners and stakeholders
• Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and project mgmt tools
• Proactive, detail-oriented with problem-solving bias
• Collaborative team player in fast-paced environments
• Familiarity onboarding SaaS partners
• Experience with partner portals, LMS, or enablement platforms

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the end-to-end onboarding experience for new Zoom Partners globally, ensuring all milestones are met on time
• Serve as the primary point of contact for new partners during onboarding, proactively communicating to ensure they have the resources, tools, and support they need
• Assist with partner development initiatives to help partners expand their proficiency across business practices
• Track onboarding progress across all partners using CRM and project management tools, maintaining accurate records and surfacing blockers early
• Partner closely with Zoom Channel Account Managers to keep them informed of onboarding status, partner needs, and readiness milestones
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Enablement, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and IT to ensure onboarding requirements are fulfilled and documented
• Engage partners through regular digital communications
• Maintain onboarding dashboards and reports that provide visibility into pipeline, completion rates, partner health, and process improvement opportunities
• Identify gaps or friction points in the onboarding process and recommend improvements to enhance partner experience and operational efficiency
• Build and maintain a library of partner-facing materials, such as templated communications
