Job summary

Wonolo is seeking a dedicated specialist in the Philippines to manage our Vendor Management System (VMS) operations. You will own the end-to-end process, from receiving orders to fulfilling bookings with the right workers, delivering a world-class customer experience.

You will join a mission-driven, US-based tech company and work remotely from anywhere in the Philippines. The role offers growth as you evolve into a managerial position and help refine VMS workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience in an operational or administrative role.
• Ability to build new processes and improve workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to procedures.
• Willingness to move into a managerial role over time.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage VMS booking requests from start to finish.
• Track booking status and update in the VMS portal; fill or release bookings as needed.
• Develop and refine VMS processes with the operations team; become the process expert.
• Execute daily tasks with accuracy and speed by following procedures.
