Operations Specialist (Worker Onboarding, VNDLY)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Specialist to support workforce onboarding and vendor management processes. This role is essential to ensuring that new workers are onboarded efficiently and in compliance with client and internal requirements. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience using VNDLY or other Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and will bring strong operational and coordination skills to the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for workers, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external client requirements
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to meet onboarding timelines and resolve any delays
• Maintain and update accurate worker records in VNDLY and other relevant systems
• Generate reports to track onboarding status and highlight potential risks or delays
• Escalate any issues or bottlenecks to the appropriate teams and follow through to resolution
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of onboarding and vendor management workflows

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, workforce onboarding, or vendor/staffing management
• Hands-on experience with VNDLY or similar Vendor Management Systems (VMS)
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and time management
• Solid communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for reporting and data tracking
