Cloudstaff is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented order-dispatch specialist to support daily operations across multiple units in a fully remote role based in the Philippines.

You will monitor a shared inbox for New Order notifications, engage with vendors via WhatsApp, generate virtual cards for payments and ensure data accuracy and timely processing in line with SOPs. The role also covers CRM data entry and admin tasks in a digital environment.

Formación

• Must be highly detail-oriented with accurate data handling, addresses and payments.
• Process-driven with ability to follow SOPs and structured workflows.
• Reliable, organised and able to manage tasks independently.

Responsabilidades

• Order Dispatch (Primary): monitor inbox, identify vendors in location, contact via WhatsApp using templates, share payment and delivery details, ensure timely processing per SOPs.
• Operations & Admin Support (Secondary): CRM data entry and database management, vendor onboarding tracking, general admin for multiple business units, assist with ad hoc tasks.
