Job summary

Optimal Physical Therapy is seeking a Virtual Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of properties for US-based clients. The role emphasizes ownership, organization, and top-notch customer service while managing multiple clients and using client software platforms.

The position is 100% remote, with weekends off, paid time off, holidays, and an HMO after six months. You will work with a team leader and shadowing support as needed to grow professionally.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Customer Service experience, preferably within a BPO environment.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Responsible and takes ownership of deliverables to clients.
• Able to handle multiple clients at the same time.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain excellent relationships with tenants, owners, and vendors.
• Set up new properties in Client Software Platforms and keep property owners informed and confident.
• Track and manage lease renewals to minimize vacancy.
• Oversee vendors, assign work, obtain approval, and ensure completion and billing.
• Coordinate tenant move-in, rent collection, notices, lease enforcement, and move-out.
• Assist in creating and posting content on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• May help refine processes and brainstorm solutions as needed.
