• Strong administrative competency: scheduling, referrals, prior authorizations, medical records.

Responsibilities

• Front Desk/Patient Communication: handle calls, scheduling, and texting with warmth and poise.
• Work Hub queue: process fax requests, prior authorizations, medical records, and routing items to practices.
• Account management: weekly reports, onboarding for partner clinics, SOP writing, and executive support.
