Qualifications

• Proven track record in phone sales, appointment setting, lead nurturing or phone-based acquisition.
• Fluent written and spoken English with persuasive, professional communication.
• Experience using AI tools to draft communications and streamline workflows.
• Working knowledge of medical EHR scheduling systems (Practice Fusion is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Actively call, text, and email leads to pitch services and convert prospects into booked appointments.
• Manage provider calendars in Practice Fusion EHR to maximize scheduling and utilization.
• Track lead status and follow-ups to meet conversion goals and daily targets.
• Maintain accurate notes and update pipeline statuses to avoid dropped leads.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and daily interaction quotas.
