Job summary

MicroSourcing in the Philippines is seeking a highly organized Sales Operations Coordinator to support the sales, operations, marketing, and customer experience teams. This remote role emphasizes administrative and coordination duties to ensure seamless deal handoffs and successful project setup.

The ideal candidate will manage cross-department workflows, support proposals, onboarding, and CRM data integrity while thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative, operations coordinator, or sales support role.
• Experience using HubSpot CRM or a comparable CRM platform.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar).
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across departments with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as operational liaison between Sales and service divisions to ensure seamless handoffs.
• Coordinate new service agreements and handoffs to the Service team; support data collection.
• Manage handoffs to the Controls and Installation teams; maintain deal records and pricing docs.
• Coordinate conference and trade show logistics; source booth equipment and materials.
• Create and organize HubSpot CRM deal records and Google Drive folders.
• Assist in drafting proposals and compiling supporting documents.
• Support post-sale onboarding and customer communications, including kickoff emails.
